Status of Stuff

Well, with yard work, helping my DSis with some things, and general Sewing ADD, I've gotten away from what I had planned--gotten things out of order. But that's not really unusual for me.

The crochet dress is where it was when I showed the last pic, BUT I have done about 5 more crochet chemo caps for donation.

The Hot Patterns Cosmo (mulsin) dress is still "under construction." The evening I was hoping to work on it--well, received a phone call from an old friend and used up my sewing time talking with her (and that's OK). I do have all the pieces serged, have the darts sewn/pressed and have the front/back sewn at the shoulders. So--that's where that stands as of this writing.

BUT, I did sew this:



It was one of those printed panels that makes a circle skirt. I'm hoping DGD will like it--It was a $4 remant I picked up at the last shopping trip to Harry Hines. I think she will like the "glitters" on it. I let her decide on what top to go along with it. It will go in the mail later this week.

So, with that said, I DID finish something--it just wasn't anything I had been working on............again, not totally surprising for me.
