Time - Where do you go?

I've been "on the go" so much this week, there has been no time for the sewing room, AND I'VE MISSED IT!  Between DH doctor appointments, a truck annual inspection, routine grocery shopping and necessary errands, there has just been no sewing time.  Tomorrow doesn't look promising - maybe Friday I'll be able to squeeze in a few hours.  Hope, hope, hope.

In the mean time, I've been browsing E-bay in the evenings.  No, I didn't bid on this one, but I found it very interesting.  I appears it would be easy to knock off.

Given some time in the sewing room, I may give it a try...........or not.  So, all you knock-off artists out there, what do ya think?

  1. I definitely want to see it done. Looks like a basic shrug or a variation of the yamamoto pattern at

  2. That is really cool! Did the auction have a photo of the back of the envelope showing the pattern piece?

I actually have this pattern. Haven't made it, though.

I'm a little late to the party here but I love this! It reminds me of a jacket I saw on someone at a Martha Pullen market... actually it was the same day that I met you there Linda!
