What a Memory Jog!

 While perusing Ebay vintage patterns, this one popped out at me.  I mean really POPPED out at me!  Wow! Hotpants!  I remember them well and all the hullabloo they caused among some (my Mom for one).  No, I never had a pair, but some of my friends did and wore them while feeling pretty smug.  Panty hose, heels and HOTPANTS--pretty much like the full length model photo on this pattern envelope photo.  As I recall, some were wearing them to work--in an office.  Wow!  Not sure how long that lasted in some offices.

Then, my memory bank started to rewind, and first off, I thought about the Southwest Airline Attendants.  Yes our own Southwest born here in the metroplex.

And I can't leave out the Cowboy Cheerleaders.  Their uniforms have changed little over the years.

Yep, I lived through the era, but if they do make a big comeback, I'll be leaving them to others.  Mom would be proud!
