I got a cute pic of the two newest Kitties we have taken in. Meet Sweetness and Shag-lea. They were abandoned by their owners when the owners moved and failed to take them along. A client (who lived next door to the inhumane human's who abandoned them) from the animal hospital where I volunteer were discussing the situation and I told her to bring them in and I would take them home with me after Doc had a chance to spay and give shots.
Here they are in their kittie bed from Big Lots. Actually, I have a bigger bed for them now as they love to snuggle together in the garage.
Hopefully, I'll do some sewing this afternoon during football.
Linda - those are very cute kitties. You are right about their previous "inhumane" owners. I don't understand how people can just leave pets behind. I often wonder if these same people would leave their kids behind if it became to inconvenient to keep them.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, wanted to stop in and thank you for the well wishes after my surgery. I'm taking it slow and easy, napping alot and not worrying too much about what I am and am not getting done. Happy Holidays.
