Hoping I can walk tomorrow

No, I'm not injured thankgoodness.  I worked in the yard and began cleaning out the garden areas getting them ready for spring planting.

I know so many of you are dealing with snow, snow, and more snow.  Today it reached 75 degrees here.  Sun was shining, the humidity was low and the breezes were light.  It was a very perfect day to be out and working in the yard.  I spent a out 5 hours outside pulling, clipping, digging, and adding to the burn pile.  Oh, there is still plenty more to do, but I today got me off to a good start.

So, no activity in the sewing room today.  The vintage dress for the sewalong is cut and ready for the machine.  I had one glitch in cutting that I'll explain in the next post, but I managed a workaround.

For those of you who are jealous of the temps here, a cold spell is on the way.  We may even have sleet, ice next week. We'll see.
