A quick update. The Vogue Jacket is cut and partially sewn. Not sure when it might be completed.
Also want to let you know that I'll be taking a break from blogging (and maybe sewing). I have some things with which to deal.
I'm always disappointed when a blogger that I follow "disappears" without notice. No offense to anyone that has, but I appreciate knowing that they are taking a break or completely closing their blog. That helps me not to worry about them. I have a vivid imagination and always imagine that something must be terribly wrong.
I realize I don't have many followers and don't keep up with how many folks stop by now and then to read my activities.
My plan right now is to return in January of the new year. We'll see how that goes. I hope to be able to continue to follow some of your blogs and comment now and again.

Sometimes life calls out and sewing/blogging/whatever has to fade. Been there done that. Thanks for letting us know as I do read your posts and enjoy them. Hope you are able to return when you can and whatever you have to deal with will work out ok. I too hate to see someone just vanish that I sew with so thanks for telling us you hope to be back at a later time.
