Alive, but no sewing

Hi everyone. No sewing to blog about. I've been knitting. Still working on the socks. I've begun the heel flap on the first one. My teacher wants me to get the second one to that point and then I'll learn how to turn the heel (I think that is the terminology).

I was officially released from Physical Therapy this morning. I will continue at home with stretching and strengthening exercises. I have improved so much; range of motion has greatly improved. I'll miss the folks at the Baylor center, but I'm happy not be driving (about 40 miles round trip) 2 mornings a week to the center.

I'm cleaning out my gardening beds on the warm days we have been having here. I plan to build another raised bed for this spring season. There is a lot to do, but I enjoy the garden and especially the fruits of my labor when the veggies are so FRESH!

So, not lots to report. I better get that jacket finished soon; otherwise, I won't have any cool weather to wear it!
