One More Summer Shift
Finished one more dress from the pattern I cut from the dress I purchased from the thrift shop a few weeks ago. This makes #2 from that pattern. On this one I made two changes. I changed the neckline to a shallow "V" and I sewed a back hemline vent for additional walking room.
The fabric is a linen blend from Hancock Fabrics that has been in the stash since last summer. I think I had a skirt in mind when I originally purchased the fabric, but you know how things go. I wanted another summer dress where slip or lining would not be necessary--it's too hot for those extra layers!
