That's a quote from my very wise late MIL. Gosh I still miss her! Anyhow, yesterday I couldn't get in the mood to sew, BUT I was in the mood to cut out a few things. My ASG group, as one of our community projects, makes "ladies dresses" for the one of the nearby state hospitals. Before Thanksgiving (and before my sewing room/guest room cleanup) I had 2 pieces of fabric for this purpose.
Yes, you know, I cannot, for the life of me (one of Mom's quotes) find that fabric. I feel like I have looked everywhere, but it is still successfully hiding. I know it will show up, but......
In the meantime, I cut some squares for the next I Spy quilt and cleaned/straightened up the house a bit. (And in the back of my mind I kept trying to figure out where that fabric was hiding!)
ASG meeting today, and I'm looking forward to seeing my sewing friends.
