You will recall I ordered these Minott books a few months ago. I started taking a serious look at the Fitting Commercial Patterns book. Being somewhat sleep deprived (the puppy has decided that having breakfast at 4:30 a.m. is a "good thing"), I was having some trouble wrapping my mind around the concept of "sectioning" the pattern. I think I generally understand the concept, but will definitely need some time and concentration. I will give the method a try with commercial patterns once I get the hang of it.
In the meantime, I'm going to try to finish a pair of UFO flannel one-seam pj bottoms (all they need is to be hemmed) and may cut another pair using polar fleece with a doggie print with bright colors.
