Yes, I'm still here. Once I found the fabric for the community sewing project, I cut out two dresses. The State hospital requests plus sizes so I have been sewing with a 32W. I sewed and completed one and decided to save the second to sew on our "community sew day." One of my guild friends doesn't have space to cut very easily so I got her fabric and cut two dresses from her fabric. THEN, I found some $1 cotton fabric at Hancocks and bought 3 more pieces for this ongoing project. I've since sewn one more dress and cut out 2 more. I'm really on a roll and I want to take advantage while I'm "in the mood."
I'll try to get pics up of the two dresses I've made, but I'm pooped today. Before playing in the sewing room today, I cleaned part of the garage and the storage building.
Am I having fun "being retired?" Yes!
