Pics of Some of the J's Fabric from the Sale

(Edited to add additonal photos)

(Here you go Sophia and Abby) This first one is poly/cotton knit. DGD will get a pair of PJ bottoms from this one. She's an animal lover (just like me). I may even get a T-shirt out of it, even though brown is not my color. I love the print. This one was $1.50/yd.

Here are some of the linens and cottons:

Dark blue (linen/cotton) with embroidery and appliqued flowers will be a dress I think. The tan with the needle punch flowers (linen/rayon) will likely be a skirt/top combination for Sis. The butterflies (silvery raised dots) on black (linen/cotton) may also be a dress--not sure yet. Those two on the right are 100% cotton. The "lines" (which you probably can't see in the this photo) are raised similar to a needle punch. Not sure what to do with these yet. They may age in the stash for a while. Linens were $2.50/yd and the cottons were $2/yd. (The part in the middle of this pic is the chair.)

I'll get pics of the rest of the "unauthorized buy" later this morning and post as an edit to this post.

I worked on another Ottobre T for me yesterday afternoon and a plain white T for Sis from this Kwik Sew pattern I bought at Hancocks on my Shopping spree day.

Upper left here are come delicate cottons (one with sequins) one with a bit of a lace motif. This will become a flowy blouse for DGD at some point. Also is a tone on tone embroidered linen.

This one is brown embroidered linen with sequins in the motif. And a denim with red ribbon. Not sure yet what I'll do with these.

This is the $1/yd flannel embroidered with lemons, limes and oranges. This will become flannel PJs for DGD (and pj pants for me if enough left).

And this is an aqua/lavender eyelet--probably to become a blouse. I love the color!

I think this covers the 13 pieces! Now to get busy. Where to start??????????

  1. Okay, I have to admit that the Abby and Sophia comment was left by me. I was logged into the wrong account! Sorry about that, but it was kind of appropriate that you showed the doggie print first! And just so you know, Abby and Sophia like that one the best also.
