It looks like your room is coming along really well. I put laminate flooring down on mine a few years ago and was extremely surprised at how easy it was. I'm sure you'll be pleased with it once it's all done.
Laminate is great! When my Dad and I put down laminate in my house, it dulled the blade on the table saw terribly...and then trying to cut with the dull blade made it smoke...and then we set off the smoke alarm...and then the alarm monitoring company called to see if we were still alive...it really is like home repair with the Marx Brothers.
But anyway, my point being...you might need an extra saw blade or two ;).
