I'm down to the last three 'planks.' There will be some tricky cutting on these so I decided to leave these final pieces until tomorrow.
Next will be getting the quarter-round down around the room to cover the cut edges of the laminate. I think I'm beginning to see the room coming together.
Have a doctor appointment in Dallas in the morning, so I won't get a lot done tomorrow. But---there's always Thursday!
Oh, and the Cowboys did get another in the Win column. Not pretty, but a win. I'm expecting the worst, however, next week against the Giants. With our injuries, it doesn't look promising.
Have not been online much lately but catching up with my blogs- can't wait to see the room when you are done. I need to do the very same thing eventually with a large bedroom that is packed to the gills with furniture and loads of my vet school daughter's things but I am not at home enough these days to deal with clearing it out. My older daughter is expecting and on bed rest in the town next to us. We also don't put much heat into that end of the house(unless the out of state family) is visiting as the children have grown up and gone so winter is not the best time to start a home dec project around here. Maybe your new sewing room will inspire me this spring to tackle the task. It is amazing that you are doing the flooring yourself and at such a great price. mssewcrazy
