After that little spurt of Mojo, the sewing room has been quiet. I plan to be home most of the day. I do have to make a run to the feed store to get some horse feed, but that won't take more than a half hour or so.
First off, I need to complete the I Spy quilt I started a lonnngggg time ago. The little one (2 years old) that is the recipient is having a "belated birthday party" on Sunday, and I plan to take it with me in a FINISHED condition. I really want her to have it before she graduates HS. Really not much left--a bit of machine quilting and the binding.
In browsing Pattern Review, I happened on to
this blog. I've had this Vogue pattern for some time, and for some reason have been afraid to attempt it. Why, I don't know. I'm ususally not afraid of patterns. I think it may be because I shy away from "waists." But today, I'm feeling some courage--so it might get cut out.
