In case you might be interested, I did take a photo of the cool collar (my original one as I already gave the new one to Sis).
Finished length is 26.5 inches and width is 3". 4" length of hook/loop tape on each end to secure while wearing. The flap area is left open--where you load it up with ice. Fold the flap down, wrap around your neck and you are ready to go. I use it all the time when I mow.
On to the Ottobre tank top saga.
Here's the first one, a size 42.
Like I said, I felt like I had on a sports bra. No way I could wear this one. As I mentioned, I'm sure some of the problem was the fabric and it's lack of stretch (although it is a knit).
This afternoon, I traced a 46. Flat measurements of the 44 just didn't seem big enough (and I can always take deeper seams). Here it is:
This is not the greatest knit either, but at least it stretches--just not great recovery. Can't you tell it's been in the stash a great while? Anyhow, this one will definitely work as a "house/yard tank." When I go final, I will cut a tad smaller and snug up the neck a bit. I do like the roomy armholes--not digging under my arm.
For the Ottobre Puffed T, I'll trace somewhere in between the 44 and 46----I think.
