Each of our ASG sewing group received an angel this past Thursday from the Rainbow Room. For those of you who might not know about the Rainbow Room, this is a part of our local abused children's shelter. Our group has been sewing children's clothes for them for some time as a part of our community service sewing. We each received an angel with the inscription, "you are our special angel." She will occupy a special spot in my sewing room. She is very special to me.
I'm now working on another "I Spy Quilt." I have several "unfinished" projects that I need to "get done." A couple of hems, some elastic, and the like. Just haven't been in the mood. Have some errands to do this afternoon. Maybe when I get back home, but then again....maybe not.
