Side Tracked--------------Again------

The Burda blouse is still cut out and neatly stacked on the cutting table. Maybe today will be its day! I hope, because I want to see how it comes out!

We had our ASG garage sale last Saturday, so that took up my day and Sunday was laundry and recuperation. Sale went well.

Yesterday, while picking up in the sewing room, I got this urge to make college girl DGD another top. I need to get the others in the mail to her, and why not take advantage of postage (before it goes up again) and add one more.

I picked this one up at one of the sales thinking I would make the red one for her, but that never happened. Instead, the white without the collar version will now be made from some green voile type cotton with some dots (kinda like dotted swiss dots) on it. It's been in the stash a while............ I cut a size 10 (which I've been using lately for her) and it seams big. I'll finish it and see what it looks like. The yoke is done (on the bias) and I just need to gather the bodice and connect to the yoke. Shouldn't take long.

Then............maybe...........my...........burda seersucker.

I seem to get sewing sidetracked so easily. Does that happen to you? Ever?
