A few things

Hi everyone. I've meant to post SOMETHING before now. The past week has been a bit of a blur.

I have sewn some. I have Sis's Burda dress from a number of weeks ago all done but the hem. I need to have her try it on so that can be done and it can be called "finished."

I received the two "Shapes" patterns last week from Louise Cutting and Linda Lee colaboration. I got the "Six Sense" skirt traced this afternoon. Not sure when I'll cut that one as I need to go through my stash and find appropriate fabric.

I sewed a new cover for a dog bed. I have a pic (still in in the camera) that I will post later. Since I took the human bed out of the sewing room, Bumper needs a comfy spot to keep me company (her 'spot' had been in the middle of the double bed). Onyx ususally prefers the floor right in the doorway--quick escape or something?????

To update the situation with Sis's dog. She continues to have problems and was left in the intensive care kennel at the Vet clinic over the weekend that is climate and oxygen controlled. Fluid collection is making her uncomfortable although she is being treated with various fluid/heart medications. We hope for the best, but fear the worst. We will see her in the morning. Our last update was aboaut 6 p.m. today. She is not eating, and Doc was waiting for his son to bring back some chicken from Pops to see if he could entice her.

I hope to get back in a sewng routine soon.
