I use the shorter version and don't curve the hemline--I just cut straight across and sew slits on each side for more "movement" room. Mrs. Doc tried on the one I had ready, and it's a fit. So it is now finished; I got the buttons/buttonholes done this afternoon. Tomorrow I hope to get the other two done for her.
