Scrubs and Zipper Bag

Here they are. Will deliver either tomorrow or Saturday.

Then, my afternoon was spent playing with my new "zipper bag pattern" I got at the Martha Pullen show.

This:

zips up to this:

The bag was originally designed to be used as a picnic bag with pockets for plates, utensils, napkins. Pack your goodies and food inside and then at the picnic site, unpact, unzip and you have a small table (or ground) covering to put your goodies on. Pretty clever, huh?

I see it as a toy bag for toddlers. The little one can "pack toys" and then at the destination (i.e. doctor's waiting room, car repair place, etc)--unpack, unzip and you have a "blanket" for the child sit and play.

Inside of bag. This is the side you use as a blanket.

This pattern is by Anne Carr and is called "Zipped-Up-Tote."

Everytime I zip and unzip, I'm intrigued!
