Third Scrub is Done

After several stops and starts and unexpected interuptions, the final scrub (for now anyway) is done. I'll try to get photos tomorrow. I know that scrubs are not very exciting to see, but I feel compelled to add a photo since I've been posting about them for the last several days.

I also managed to get a linen/rayon bias skirt done except for hemming. It's this Burda--so fast and easy. Four seams, elastic waist and hem.

I had made this same pattern last summer cut on the straight of grain as the pattern calls for. I like the way this one hangs on the bias much better. This will be a nice cool summer skirt. Got the whole bolt of fabric for $1/yd, so the price for this skirt was almost nothing. I'll likely make a pair of slacks for myself and a skirt for Sis. The rest of the bolt will probably go to my friend, Eve.
